    Several of you have asked to see the 'scale' of these new large handbuilt models.
    Below is yours truly holding the 1/8 Ferrari F430 Spider.
    As you can see, the size is impressive, and the detail is fantastic.

    I am a Ferrari owner as well.
    I was rebutting the other guy's comment, which was basically "for X amount of dollars, you can buy a Y". This logic does not really apply to the world of Ferraris, and I used the example of how it makes no difference if a Corvette Z06 is 'faster' than an F430 at nearly half the price, it's a moot point. If you read my comments again you will understand the context.

    Of course he does. What he said in the other thread you mention is perfectly clear. He said, is that the point. Clearly it is not. I could buy a new 'vette, standard or Z06 if I wanted, for dealer cost. I know they are fast, but I still don't buy one. Why not, you say? It's not the car I want. It's not the car he wants, either.
