Largest HOA fraud case I’ve ever seen

I quit reading at the "400 percent increase in maintenance assessments!"

 

why? are they members here?

 

HOA's suck. Our HOA is honest to the best of my knowledge, but the waste and ineptitude is profound. They had to replace our street lighting a while back, bought industrial lighting that everyone hated and complained about constantly so it cost $500k for the lights, $750k to remove and replace with better softer lighting. Couple years ago they had a massive project to save our streets from paving by doing a spiderweb of soft patches for mega bucks and wasn't a year later they decided it wasn't good enough and started grinding and repaving. It's maddening know what we could have done instead. I need to volunteer, bring some sanity, after I get my company sold.
