does anyone know what's happened to larry fletcher? i've tried emailing him concerning a k-jet distributor sent to him for repairs. it's been a couple of months and am getting a bit concerned.
When he and I were communicating years ago, I know he would take at least one, often two fairly long trips to Europe every year to visit wife's family and visit friends at Bosch. Maybe no need for concern yet. Any of the 'Heavy Hitters' here would know if his absence had any real gravity.
This is correct, however his turnaround time is usually 1 week unless he is waiting for parts. He is old school, he always answers the phone when I have called him.
Very much a standup guy. Dealt with him on a number of occasions and nothing but positive things to say about him. Never emailed him however, always a phone call.
Just got my FD's back from Larry took 3 months but he had an unfortunate accident tore his rotator cuff and needed surgical repair, I would guess he's a little backed up. Cheers
Larry has been backed up for a long time. The Ethanol added gasoline is destroying the seals inside Bosch fuel injection components faster than he and his company can repair them. He is the best for this sort of service.
