    I know this is a bit off topic, but if anyone is familiar with any large cardiology groups in the Las Vegas area, I would be interested in contacting them. I'm just finishing up my training in the midwest and I thought I would try to look a little out west for a job! I'm sure there are a number of physicians on this board, so your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance,
