i just got back from vegas a few weeks back, i stayed at the flamingo, which was nice, the first thing they asked me when i checked in was what type of bed i wanted, king or queen, i asked for the king, but the clerk noticed that all of the rooms with a king available didn't have a view of the strip, and actually offered me a queen with a nice view overlooking the strip, which i took. as far as the rooms out in vegas, i was in mine pretty much from about 2 til 7 or 8, so for me, the room didn't matter that much.

sorry for the crappy picture - my room had a screen on the outside, but it wasn't bad in person.
