New year, finally a new thread. Red 599 WB Charleston and Valley View, along with a new R8 V10 headed EB.
Silver 300SL Gullwing on Blue Diamond with out of state plates. Pleasure to see that. Kermit green 458, the intent was to match his John Deere. Aventador SV roadster on W. Charleston, it too a green car.
Just saw a new NSX in white with a paper plate headed down Ft Apache to the complex at Sahara. Looks great, very low.
I saw a red NSX on Warm Springs a couple of months ago. I thought it looked considerably better in person than in pics. The proportions are perfect, it's low, and angles work a lot better than I thought; good presence. I really liked it, but still wish they did away with the hybrid engine.
+1 While I understand what they've done as a showcase, if they wanted it to really sell it should probably just have had a GTR-like twin turbo V6 and price it as a GTR and 911 competitor.
Most definitely. Once I saw one in person I really liked the looks. They don't seem to photograph well. Such a great concept to have disappointed so many. That being said if I found a good deal on one I would probably jump on it.
Agree with both points, but if I was king of Honda, I would have also ditched the idea of 4WD and focused on it being light and nimble.
It's a beautiful sunny day today and people have their cars out. A white lp560 - 4 on the 95 Northbound driven by a lady, white GTR on Rampart, a pearl white TDF (!!!!) on Charleston turning into queensridge Country Club, a Titanium on red 430 spider at Boca Park, along with a new black on black GT3.
Last night the same grigio silverstone F12 I always see around on Valley View, blue R8 V10 on Rampart. This morning on the way in to work, vegasviper in his black FF. Great to see the 'daily driver' Ferraris being used as such.
Yeah, it's the same guy, I've seen him 7-8 times now. Took my son for a little spin around the neighborhood before church today since it was crisp and sunny. Grey R8 on Hualapai, new blue Z06, yellow 996 GT3 on Alta at Rampart, grey Vantage on Ft. Apache.
Yesterday a little afternoon I saw a white 488 spider driving through DT Summerlin (Close to the Grapevine). It may have been a rental.
There's a white 488 on big aftermarket wheels I've sen 4-5 times, usually parked in front of a detail business on Rainbow at Sahara, next to a white Z06.
Amazing how many Hellcats are floating around this city but I imagine that's typical of most cities.
Not back in LA. I saw one during the years I lived there. Totally off topic but American made cars in general were very rare in LA, but out here in Vegas they are very common
Had lunch on Sahara; watched a yellow 458 spider go by with a black 991 GT3; later a black 488, red 360 coupe.
Was at Hummus Factory at Sahara and Buffalo. Also forgot to mention a black Evora 400. Just now, grey on orange Huracan 580-2 spider going into canyon gate. Silver DB9 near Sahara and Tenaya.
