    Looking for any experience with installed radar laser jammers. I try to keep all electronics on seperate power supply (ie... cell phone, CD changer, etc..) but laser jammers are better as permanent install into vehicle power supply. Works great in new cars my 2005 E55 AMG, but not sure such a good idea on a 1998 355 spyder.?

    It won't present any problems as laser jammers require very little power and they don't interfere with other electronics.. What system are you using?

    I just had the escort 9500ci with laser shifters custom installed with the display into my rear view mirror on my girl Eva, a 1995 348 spider.
    So I am sure it can be done with no issues on a 1998 355 spider.

    FWIW, the is a company on eBay that manufactures and sells a mirror which is identical to the OEM F355 mirror and contains an integrated display for the Valentine radar detector and several laser detectors. A very nice unit and not too much money (about $200.00, if I remember correctly).

    Sorry Jeff, I missed the part out the display in the rear view mirror. Do you also have the Valentine system installed too?

    No mine is the Escort 9500ci.
    I used to run the Valentine window mount, but the Escort 9500ci is so stealth with laser shifters as well, it won me over.
