Did I miss anybody??? Bruce, you had expressed an interest in an older post. Vik & JC are out. Please, if you change your mind, let me know ASAP so I can let the Borgata know. I'm not a gambler, but will go for the ride & take advantage of the surrounding area. It's about a leisurely 3 hour drive down the GSP to AC. I figure for the Saturday crew, they leave NYC at 8:30am, hook up with the Jersey crew at 9:30am at the GSP/Turnpike Service area on the GSP. This way we arrive en-mass at the Borgata about 11:30am. We'll figure when we are departing at lunch or such. Looks like we'll have a good turn-out. What say you?
Sorry to see you go. You will let us know when you are back in town so we can get a run together, right?! But thanks for letting me know.
of course im gonna use the money i saved on transporting the car flying back and forth, workload permitting
So... Are you all going to be back for Sunday morning? Rumour has it, we may be invited to watch the Italian Grand Prix somewhere... Stay tuned!
With everyone at the Borgata, it'll be you and me -- we can conference Utkarsh on the phone from Indiana.
So you aren't making the Borgata run, Emil? The game plan was everyone back by Sat night except our group's hi-rollers.

My suggestion is to take the turnpike to exit 8. From there take CR539 down to the GSP. Much more scenic than GSP, little traffic, rarely see cops, no tolls, and roughly the same distance/time as taking the GSP. A better way to enjoy your ride down to AC.
Just received an e-mail from the Borgata..... The new room rate is $199 per night for those staying over and we are receiving complimentary passes to the comedy club. I hear they are doing a spoof on 19 year old Viper owners with matching lunchboxes Hey, please sing out where we will be meeting each other so I/We know who to call when waiting for folk. I can meet up in NY or NJ. What say you?
Now I am thinking about going to stay on Friday. Comedy club sounds pretty good since that would give me something to do. Who is staying on Friday night?
Keith, we'll get you to the "21 year old "door. It's up to you to get through the door. How does one make a Keith look older? Beard? moustache? Oh shoot. Just wear your white golfer cap & carry a sand wedge & we'll bill you as Tiger. Hey, AC is all about glitz, glamour & deception.
I don't think they will bother you as long as you aren't gambling. I was at the Borgota in January and everything is located in and around the casino... restuarants, comedy club, hotel access...etc. The only place that security seemed to care about was the people trying to get on the elevators, making sure they had room keys. Don't forget to check out the spa services... they offer 90 minute massages there.... NICE! Oh yeah and there is a really cool restaurant downstairs like in a wine cellar that has nice scenery videos of Italy playing behind the bar.
Thank you. Let's all just go & have a good time. Do take note, there is the in-water power boat show going on at Harrah's too. Maybe there's a Viking Yaht (manufacturing is local to Egg Harbor City) powered by twin mondial motors!?! Maybe Hubert will find a new boat.... the HUBI 2B II I think we should have a group Ferrari cheer/chant. 'Cause I suspect when we see Hubert at the tables Sat morning, his spirits might need a little picking up. Of course that's disregarding the fact that every player in AC is always walks away a winner
I don't know yet. I'm expecting a call tomorrow where I hope to firm up several outstanding issues. I'll post what I find out.
