I had the oil changed on my blue Dino last Saturday, and took it out for a brief blast yesterday. The temp. here was 81 F., 20 degrees above the normal temp. for this time of year. I don't expect too many days like yesterday to come along, so that was probably it for 2008. Now I will revert to being a Dino "wannabe" until the 2009 driving season starts! I will rely on this site to get through the long and, unfortunately, Dino-free winter. Thanks to all here, in advance! Fred

Steve, Which is your Dino? I guess it's the red one on it's own?
Those pair (red and yellow) together seem seem rare being both flared arch cars, are they both original?

Sorry to rub it in, but how about a twist, too.
The picture of the yellow and red Dinos was in December.

I don't know the history on either of those Dinos. I just happened to run into them on the road one day and invited them back to my house. I chased after them in a 96 4-runnner and got them to stop. They must have thought I was nuts. It took a little convincing on my part to convince them I owned one, too.
The guys were Mexican nationals here on vacation. They own the cars and store them in L.A. When up in the states they get them out on the road. Definitely driver condition, but nice. They left their wives in L.A. that day, and headed 3 hours north to my neck of the woods. Great roads and scenery up here on the Central Coast of California. A few photos and conversation and they were off. That was almost 2 years ago.

Great pictures, Vroom and Steve! The two Alfa spiders make great "bookends" for the GTS! Fred
