Ted - At first I was against spending money to go see this, but it ended up being pretty funny.
is it worse than "suckerpunch" ...we just watched that, what a stinker, i feel suckerpunched for having watched it ...just silly & made no sense at all :yuck:
I like suckerpunch. Really interesting movie. Plus, hot chicks with guns! Image Unavailable, Please Login
really? ...i guess i just wasn't in the right mood for it, some cute girls, cool action sequences, no perceptible story as i could figure
Well there you go, it is a difference of opinion. My name is not Siskel and yours is not Ebert or vice versa, I liked the movie for the slapstick/dumb humor, to each their own. Where you expecting "The Notebook II"?
Omg that movie was horrible. Even hot chicks with guns couldn't prevent me from ejecting the DVD after less than one hour.
"Bugsy" - saw it years ago - watched again this afternoon. Loooooonnnnnnggggggg.... and boring in parts. But not a bad flick. Great (if not entirely historically correct) story of Bugsy Siegel and the "birth" of Las Vegas. 6 out of 10 stars in my book. Worth it if you've not seen it.... Jedi
watched The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo tonight, the newer version that is. interesting movie. i'll be curious to see where it goes from here (i haven't read the books)
Batman Begins. Such a fantastic movie. Tomorrow night is The Dark Knight to prepare for a midnight Thursday showing of The Dark Knight Rises. Watching movies this good makes you feel like you are nine years old again.
unfortunately i'm having lasik surgery friday so i won't be able to watch it this weekend. however, i plan to watch BB and TDK next weekend just before going to see TDKR in IMAX
Marvel's The Avengers Lots of fun. As usual, I'm about the LAST person to see the movie, but, if the crowded theater is any indication, I'm not alone. D
