Has anyone found a reasonable replacement catalytic converter for the 1995 348's ?
I think Magnaflow might have a universal that fits and the posts I see here are generally 'older' suggestions
any help would certainly be appreciated :)

Those nouvalari cat pipes look like the magnaflows I put into my test pipes...exactly the same shape.

Entirely possible. I haven’t seen any branding on it. Could be an Asian-made knock-off too. Not many folks actually make performance cats, right?

Ive used nouvalari on the 348 and superformance on my 355.

they are fine. if you want cheaper you can take a chance on the ebay stuff

Ferrari and cheap ... don't go together.
Cats are getting very expensive, even for Toyota. It's just the name of the game.

Yes, of course. If there’s no less than a dozen threads on this already I’ll eat my shoe. Do a search.

    Benefits: cheaper *
    Downsides: watery eyes, emissions

    * Notice I didn’t say power or sound (vs high flow)

I just weld in whatever decent cats I can find at the time. Maganflo has been pretty solid and passes smog easy

Indeed, anyone with a tig welder and a few hours can weld a new cat onto the old exhaust for pennies on the dollar of a prefabbed system.

These cars are all over 25 YO and in <very> many places are no longer required to maintain their emission at original levels.

Yes and a MIG will get it done too! In cali we have an OEM cat law so no aftermarket cats allowed and you can't even ship a cat into the state from another state anymore.
