later ignition coils

hello - for an injected car (1982 GTSi), anyone know any parts cross reference for ignition coils? i searched the forums high and low, and can only seem to find for earlier cars.
my car has 2 coils, and they are both 42 years old, so I want to replace them as part of my ground-up restoration.
only suggestion I found was Lemark CP195 but i can not seem to find any info on that one

 

i looked on their web site and dont see any coils listed for 308. they are also on the other side of the "pond" from me, so shipping and currency exchange will be a hassle. i can message them to see. maybe it is this one? https://www.ferrariparts.co.uk/part/ferrari/122462?id=88196

the local guys seem to have it for around $170, but just wondering if there was a cross reference, since the average coil costs a lot less for most cars, and this coil doesnt look like anything too unique.

it looks like this one would be much cheaper, but have to figure out wiring of the pins? anyone ever try this one?

to take the question one step further, is there any reason why we could not use a traditional universal coil (2 of them), which might offer good performance at a fraction of the price? such as
