I have the ubiquitous broken tail light on my F430.

After searching this site I found several old threads that proposed a repair kit, but it seems the kit is no longer available.

So, what is the latest solution for repairing the F430 tail light mounts? And how do you prevent them from breaking again?

    Thanks!

The best solution is getting new lights. If you fancy the OEM look, ScudIng Swiss makes a better option that looks stock. Aftermarket ones like PB Engineering or Morimoto are popular as well for a refreshed look. If you just want to patch what you have for the time being, the old repair kit doesn’t seem to be on ebay anymore. However, there is a new contender in that space that looks like they have a more robust repair solution: https://baulycars.com/product/ferrari-f430-rear-tail-light-brackets/

That tail light repair kit does appear more robust than the old eBay repair kit; thank you for that suggestion.

It seems you had a problem with the PB Engineering lights, so unless they've changed their design, it's probably best stay away from them.

Morimoto and Scudlng Swiss appear to be good alternatives.

Has anyone purchased from Bauly Cars? It appears they are located in Dubai, which may be expensive to ship to Texas.

I have not seen them mentioned once here in the forum, but they have recently come up on the facebook group. Honestly, some good epoxy and maybe a plastic tab or two for reinforcement will probably get you 90% of the way there assuming they’re not completely disintegrated. I repaired my old lights with the ebay kit but, in retrospect, I would have just went with the ScudIng lights if i wanted to keep the stock look.

I still have my repaired originals if you’re not too fussy about the overall quality of them and want something cheap.

Also, this is the original ad I bought my repair kit from on eBay. Might be worth contacting the guy to see if he can print some more or if he has a spare: https://www.ebay.com/itm/283843557079
