    (Yeah it seems all the Ferrari Service Depts have been doing a good job lately)

    Monday morning I noticed that the underpanel on my 550 was hanging to the ground. Called FoLI Service Dept's "Lucky" Luciano and was able to bring the car in that very afternoon (even though they are swamped with work).

    Anyway, after about 40 minutes the underpanel was fixed and I was on my way.

    But the best part - total cost to Pchop's wallet: $0

    The feeling of walking out of FoLI without paying a penny: Priceless!

    Got my car back from F o LI after a major. The HVAC fan was not working. Lucky Luciano is sending a flat bad 40 miles to pick up the car (free) and bring back to repair.
