    This is the latest on 2011 regs. Its a little irritating, because they specifically mention limiting speeds so they don't get too high. Doesn't sound like racing too me. These news cars could be so fast, so much potential, but the FIA is holding them back. Once again, the FIA is trying to kill the sport, and succeeding.
