Law firm sues over links to their own attorney bios.

I'm not sure what to say other than it appears to me the legal system is screwing the little guy. Any website that might be construed to show people in a negative light (such as the cop rating sites) could be sued.

Disclaimer: Without knowing everything about the case, if the website made it appear they were connected to the law firm, they might have a case. I doubt that is true though unless I read otherwise. A simple blurb on the site saying they are not connected should eliminate this argument?
