Nice pics. The red Countach is a 1985 Weber downdraft carb auto.

 

Close Ralph, but not quite..... That's Patrick's car - a beautiful 1986 Countach. The only real difference that I am aware of is that the first few downdraft QV's (like mine -1985 ) still had the weaker synchros of the 2-valve. In '86 (I think) they went to the beefier bits. Externally notice the smaller wing with less raked struts. This started in 1986....though I have seen such a wing on earlier cars (I assume retrofitted). 1985 was the last year for the vendor that made the larger earlier wings with the more steeply raked struts.
