Could be gear box oil or clutch fluid, unlikely to be engine. The obvious recommendation is to have your local dealer take a look if under warranty. Otherwise might want to drop by a ferrari mechanic for further inspection.

That looks to be a soot and water mixture which is common on direct injected vehicles. It is likely leaking from the exhaust joints once cold.
Still worth having the dealer look at it. they can seal those joints to prevent it from happening.

He said it was clear but oily which is kind of consistent with what I see. Id never call condensate oily and the dirty floor is what I thing you are seeing, not soot. You might be right but I have never seen someone describe water as oily.

We had to take apart dozens of exhaust systems when the California first came out and use muffler cement to seal joints for this very reason. Later cars came from the factory with joint sealer already in place. The other location that may be leaking from is the shaft for the exhaust flaps, no way to seal that. The direct inject cars make a lot of soot. Its why the newer cars have been required to add GPF (Gas Particulate filter) filters in the exhaust to trap and burn off the soot during the regeneration cycle.

    When does the puddle appear?

The moisture from the exhaust will not be there right after a drive and the exhaust is hot.
If it’s there in the morning when the exhaust has cooled and attracted moisture, that’s probably the issue.

To add my experience with the sooty exhaust, I never had a sooty puddle under my car, but I did notice the dried up soot on the ground. This happened when I swapped in an xpipe and didn't use the Italian elmers glue to seal up the joints. After sealing the joints it doesn't create soot spots under the xpipe.

I had a leak in the same spot with my 458. It turned out to be gearbox oil, leak was coming from O ring and line.

That is definitely more significant then any exhaust issue.
