    Hi

last year I put a new clutch in, aswell as a seal overhaul as I had a leak coming from the inspection plate

    part numbers
    137249 seal ring
    176563 seal
    176562 clutch seal
    172499 guide block
    121813 seal
    143178 trumpet o ring
    176561 scraper

I had trouble installing the triple seals so superformance Recommended some “ viton” sealing rings which were much easier to install.

Put everything back together but I noticed I was still getting this leak from the inspection plate, this contaminated the clutch, so I’ve replaced the clutch plate with a new one and put new triple seals in, this time the hills engineering ones, they were a pain but I got them on.

put it all back together however I still have this dam leak, its only when the cars been for a run, it doesn’t leak at idle

does anyone have any suggestions as I’m at a loss, ferrari have said the only way oil can be getting in is through the triple seals

    Hill Engineering makes triple seals?

Triple seals leak gear oil into the flywheel, not the bell housing. Oil in the bell housing is usually either the clutch shaft seal or the slave cylinder seals.
How about this time, take it apart and look for the source? It generally leads to a fix much better than seeking consensus on the internet and throwing parts at it.

Seems old fashioned I know but its been working for me for a long time.

If the clutch got wet its probably the clutch shaft seal. But a little observation when the bell housing is off will show you whats leaking.

Is it Oil or Hydraulic fluid that will help you zero in perhaps.

Not sure your issue but... there is an o-ring also along with the trip seals that is very easy to nick with the sharp clutch teeth when sliding it back on. I used a jewelers file and rounded the clutch teeth edges, they are sharp like a razor and it nicked my o-rings when installing, not sure how to do it without nicking it they are so damn sharp, also used a little grease on the o ring to help the teeth slide by after light filing.

Suspect the TOB seals also perhaps, best to pull it and look, can't be many things.

Throw out bearing seals do not typically wet down the clutch. Clutch shaft seal leakage does it every time.
