    If you want to stay closer to the OC, I'd recommend Thornton Auto Upholstery in Santa Ana. I just recovered my upper dash in my CS and they did an awesome job at a VERY reasonable price (I priced several places, including Prestige) It's not in the best area, but I ended up leaving my car there for nearly 2 weeks (I was out of town) and it was fine.
