    I have a couple of small nicks in my console leather (on top) that I'd like to touch up. They are not deep..and hardly noticeable. About twice the size of a pin head. But they bother me. Any suggestions for a good leather touch up? Rest of leather is very good. Color is beige (84 308QV).

    I followed some advice I read here on F-chat and left it up to a professional. My mechanic also sells used cars so I asked him if he had a leather guy..he did.
    We had some scheduling conflicts so he did not have time to do my door skins or my consule but the guy re-dyed my seats and targa top for $220.00. By the time I bought the kits and practiced it was worth the money. They came out great and if they were not right at least I'd have someone to complain to. The guy expalined it was only temporary and I should think about having my seats re-upholstered. They came out so nice I might just have him come back every two years.

    I suspect every major city has a leather guy like this...that goes around to dealerships sprucing up interiors.
