    Anyone know where I can find a copy of the third edition (1860 edition) of Walt Whitman's poetry collection (Leaves of Grass)?

    Thanks. It's a gift for someone I know who's very in to poetry.

    Alibris shows a first edition in 1860 at a bookstore in Conn.- Brickwalk Bookstore. Priced at about 2k dollars, not perfect.
    Check Bauman Rare Books in the city. Also, one of the Lambo guys, known on LPower as US/UK Diablo, owns a used and rare book wholesale operation, and supplies many retailers. His name is Dave and he may be able to help.
    PS- just looked at Bauman's site. They have several copies, different editions, including a third edition at around the same price. They show a first edition as 1855 for 70k dollars. They are reputable.
