Whats the cost to upgrade the steering wheel
If you can source the steering wheel, there are some on ebay at around $3000. Reprogramming is about $500 at indy shop, relatively simple if they have the Leonardo dianostic tool.
My car's previous owner inquired about this at an authorized dealer. $10,700. This was about 7 years ago.
I’ve priced these brand new for customers as I’m a dealer and you don’t want to know the cost, lol. A used one is way way less! I do love it in my car though and have gotten used to it. Mostly not true. I say "mostly" because the car has to be programmed from the factory for an LED steering wheel and most of the cars that did not come with a factory LED steering wheel are not programed for it. The procedure for checking if your car will be plug & play is as follows: go to the left screen and hit MAIN, SETUP, Car Setup. If you see "RPM on steer" you can install an LED steering wheel with no additional programming. But that's rare.
