Hello all, I am looking for a LHD Dino dash to suit an early L series 1969 car center lock wheels ,Chassis number 00498. I already make the dash plates so he won't need one of those. I am assisting and friend who does not speak English at all, so it makes it very difficult for him surfing the net on sites such as F/chat etc to track down the bits he needs. He would also require a full set of instruments. I have made inquiries elsewhere to maybe have one made in Italy,but I thought it wouldn't hurt to post here as well. I am in Australia and he is in Japan! It is a big undertaking as we all know, but I do applaud him on his commitment, and it will mean another Dino on the road instead of being scrapped. These are great cars, and my Dino was chassis 4426 RHD. Many thanks.
Wasn't there a guy on here recently that was selling a lot of bits from his Dino because he was going to turn it into a hot rod? I think he was based in England, but don't recall his name or if the car was LHD or RHD. Anyone recall his name? To the OP, maybe a search in the classifieds here will get you to him. D
