dear catsogrande i have a famous line for you "get your head out of your ass"
I think everyone here would agree that cars are not something simply gets you from A to B, they are a mechanical form of art, a fashion statement, a reflection of owner's personalities. Would you buy a beautiful house and leave it exactly the way it is? even with funitures left by previous owners? Would you buy a Zegna Suit and not getting it tailor measured to suit just your body? Would you buy a beautiful painting but keep the same frame even if it doesn't suit the color of your wall? No you wouldn't, so what's so different about Roy changing his wheels on his GT? Its an expression of his passion to cars, he likes things reflect to his personalities and tastes, so what's wrong with that? Nothing is perfect, and yes even a Lamborghini. IMO the roof of a Murcielago Roadster is a disgrace!! And i think everyone here knows that Roy isn't just a all show no go, when he drive his Lambos, he DRIVES Them!! Purple Diablo SE is proboblly the meanest looking Diablo BUILT!! Does he feel comfortable driving a purple Lambo? Fcken Loving it!
LOL leave him alone guys. Roy I desire the GT, look @ all the aggressive lines, the vents, the arches they're all so purposeful. I also like the Roadster wheels so much I bought a car with a set of them. The combination is quite lethal but just my opinions, the busy pattern on the wheels kind of distracts the silhouette of the GT. Those 5 spokes, black centred with polished lips look a little dated though. But it's your birthday present, screw the opinions do it the way you want it
I personally think the rims look amazing on the GT, however considering how the GT is such an exclusive and rare car, I would have kept the wheels the stock ones.
No worries there, mate. Roy stated earlier has a lot of his rims from his Lamborghinis, including the GT.
Based on sales in the U.S. for 2003, the Diablo GT went for $230,000 to $280,000. So, the cost of 1 rim from that Asanti set does cost as much, or more than his Diablo GT.
Do you feel comfortable being a tool? I have to play these on you now there biggus dickus... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I just saw the GT this weekend along side the SVR. The GT is just SICK! Roy fired her up and what a beautiful sound she makes. I will post a link to the video I shot. Wait till you guys hear this car! Mike
