    What do you mean by "angle?" If anything, the pipes are a tad bit "low" but I think you are the only one noticing as most persons will be viewing the tips from above. IMHO, keeping the tips parallel to the roadway is the best way to keep the issue hidden.

    Looks like the whole assembly needs to go up. I would not cut and refit the tips.

    Seems like it should follow the angle of the rockers, it wasn’t possible to tuck it up any further
