Yes its early, but before the teams start testing, what do we think will happen next year?

Lets hear about teams AND drivers.

    My predictions for teams...

RENAULT - comes out strong, but not as fast as Ferrari and behind McLaren too. Based on car quality, and also driver quality.

FERRARI - The clear leader out of the gate in 07

MCLAREN - Better than 06, but struggling to be on part with Renault. Gradually decreasing in performance through the year

BMW - stronger than last year - able to give Honda and Toyota a real run

HONDA - Start behind McLaren but surpass them late season

TOYOTA - more heads will roll, the car will still not be fast

RED BULL - about the same as they are this year

WILLIAMS - they will be a surprise next year - they will do well and be in the top 5 teams. Behind Ferrari, Renault, McLaren and maybe Honda, but still in the game with occasional podiums

TORO ROSSO - Same as this year

    SPYKER - also-ran

PRODRIVE - they will give Super Aguri someone to compete with, and will probably beat them

SUPER AGURI - someone needs to be on the back row

The only drivers I really care about...

Kimi - shining star of 2007, he will pick up well where Micheal left off
Massa - same as 06, the helper
Gino - Quickly go from #1 on paper to #2 in reality
Heiki - Will do well, no Schumi, but will quickly surpsass Fisi and run with Alonso
Alonso - Will do progressively worse in McLaren and start taking it out on the team, only to get b!tch slapped by Ron, get in a huff about it, and start looking at other options
Button - better than 06, but no champ contender
Rubens - probably his last year, and for good reason
Webber - Yawn, is he still there?
Speed - renamed to Scott "lack of"
Coulthard - finally knows his role, but won't be fast
Ralf and Trulli - are they still there? Boot ralf PLEASE

I don't care about the constructors' title, so I'll skip that.

Agreed on your assessments, but had to add a few key people:

Nico - Will get better and better
Kubica - Will become a regular on the podium
Vettel - Will set more fastest times on Friday, hopefully replace Heidfeld for 08
Piquet - just can't wait to see him test, the name promises pure magic

    But the main message remains:

Ferrari runs away with the championship, Alonso dehydrates himself by crying so much to the FIA that he cannot race anymore. Renault comes in second, Honda 3rd, 4th BMW Sauber, 5th McLaren
