    I am a fan of all Testarossa/512 TR/F512 M spider conversions, either european with Lorentz and S+T or US with Straman.

    Please post pics of TR spider you have !

    not sure about the black one but if i am not mistaken the light blue/silver Testarossa is the only factory spider ferrari ever made.
    i could be wrong though.

    Black 512 TR Spider (located in Hong Kong) is one of only THREE made by Ferrari/Pininfarina. The other two cars are in Singapore (dark blue) and Brunei.
    Grey Testarossa Spider is indeed the only "official" Testarossa Spider made by Ferrari.
    Yellow is made by Lorenz & Rankl, black by Pavesi (one of two), red by Lorenz & Rankl, yellow by Pavesi (the other of the two cars ;)), then one yellow (with ugly interior!) by Straman and finally another one by Lorenz & Rankl.
