Went for a big drive this morning. Just repaired the a/c in my car, it is now ICE COLD! Will take it for another 80 km drive tomorrow morning after work and will drive the wheels off it again this days. Hope you all have a lovely weekend. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nice monaro and walkinshaw in the back ground. I've got a monaro I'm after a walkinshaw. The vl bird bath one.
I remember seeing pics of your Monaro, very nice man. The Walky is a friends car. Only has 60,000 km on it and is in mint condition. He is very anal about it, of course. Each time he thinks about selling it, he takes it for a drive and changes his mind. I also saw a Walkinshaw while in Alice Springs last month for the Red Centre Nats. This car is a 2nd owner, being in the NT it's entire life and had 162,558 daily driven km's on it. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Washed the Ferrari this afternoon after I took the kids for a drive and went for a drive with another friend. I have driven over 300 km's in 3 days in this car, the more I drive it the better it gets. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Another drive today, nearly 400 km's in 4 days. Having a lot of fun at the moment. I plan to drive it again tomorrow and Saturday again before going back into work. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks mate, 300 km's might not seem much to some as I have a friend that drives his 355 in a big city 300 km's + every time he takes it out. But the difference is, where I live it's only a 5 min drive across town in any direction. It's a very small town I live in, so the last 4 days I have driven around town and have driven out of town on the long outback roads to rack some miles up. Having a lot of fun too, I wish I lived in a bigger city to enjoy some more 'sights', but it's all good. Averaging nearly 100 km's a day in my Ferrari is like cross-country driving here.
I too live in a small town but just 20 min. north there are over 1million population. So my Saturday and Sunday drives start early before the lanes get clogged with idiots. My usual drives are to Monterey and Carmel, CA. Just under an hr. drive to get there. Weather has been dry so traction is no issue. My 3.4L is also happy when I consistantly put the miles on. I'll be in the seat early in the morning. One of my little addictions. Allen
Very cool man!! 20 mins north and there are 1M people +. Wow! Your route sounds a lot better than mine. Good to hear your car is happy racking up the miles also man, life is short so enjoy every mile. I am taking a mate and the Father in-law for a drive tomorrow morning, looking forward to that.

I took a mate for a drive today in the 348. He is leaving town in a few weeks and I promised him a drive of it before he left. He loved the drive and could not thank me enough. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
