You really need to have a thread dedicated to your many F road trip adventures! Or, if you do, a link would be much appreciated...T

Unfortunately, at the time, I didn't think it was particularly noteworthy to tour with a Ferrari GT car and didn't keep a travel log. At the time, I was recently semi-retired and over about seven years decided to travel around the US and see what I had previously "flow over". Maybe 250,000+ miles with the 575, an ML Merc., Porsche 911Turbo, Boxster S and Cayenne S. The 575 made it to all States but HI, AK, VT and WA with multiple trips to East and West Coasts and several cross country.

I am very impressed by the high mileage owners here. My personal goal is100k+, and at my cuurent rate of 1000/month, I’ll be there in ~5 years. Can’t wait to see where the car takes me.

I hadn’t fully respected the oval and nascar until I had my miata on one and it is shocking in person the seriousness of the embankment.

Yes, Eric, the banking is very dramatic. Here's the view from inside my F355 Challenge...

The NASCAR GyroCam really shows the effect...

The entire NASCAR tri-oval is banked!

I’ve only raced one weekend on an oval amd I’d be less than honest if I said the first 20 minute race for me was anything less than terrifying because I think that was before I went turbo and I raced in NASA TT and the race sessions have GT3’s, modified Vettes, big power mustangs and some guys with really dialed in BMW’s and the speeds that those guys would overtake me was insane. Lot of humility points earned that weekend.

Yes, the car now rides and drives a million times better. Though not as stable at high speed, but I much prefer the look of the
    OEM 5 spokes.

The OEM 550 rims are nice.
    Simple, clean, good measurements.
No real need to change them.

    But spacers are a must.

Agree Daniel. The wheels are not what «makes the car look good». The 550 wheels are quite plain and accentuate the rest If the body to become even more elegant. :)

@gsstudent it’s funny in that I don’t want the attention of Rosso Corsa but Giallo is high on the want list.
