    I used Cavallino designs. I'm sure they do a great job on a stock 512TR

    Someone requested build pics of the red pocher TR, so here they are.

    The white model in the last picture, I took apart, painted blue, and re-did the interior to mimic my life size car.

    do they come pre painted? or is that wishful; thinking!

    Yes, they come painted. You can see the metal bits still in the packaging in one of the pics. The colors I have seen are Red, White, Black, and Yellow.

    Very rarely, I see one for sale on ebay that is unpainted if you wanted to paint it yourself.

    On the white one, I used paint stripper and stripped it bare in order to paint it blue. The interior was also black which I changed to tan.

    might have to keep an eye out for one then, not fussed about a rag top one, only the original hard top.

    I would love a yellow one, but they are a little too pricey for me. :(

    I prefer the hard top also, but the spiders are kind of cool for something different.

    You can always tell if you can see one mirror.
    The single mirror is mounted mid way up the post.
    Double mirrors are mounted at the bottom, in that little triangle.

    but i have heen a real tr with twin mirrors half way up the window, they look like some sort of insect!!
