Lexan Targa roof top on E-bay

I was talking to someone the other day who told me about these. Are these available new? It would be cool here in tampa to have the glass top sometimes my hat wants to blow off when I get a couple of mph..., well, ok several mph over 55. With a bald head you dont want to go around in the Florida sun without a hat. Does anyone know if they fit well? The auction goes until 6/30.

 

He must be getting desperate to sell; he listed it a few weeks ago but it didn't meet reserve (went up to $400 or something). Note that 2 weeks ago he admitted that it didn't fit well at the rear (can be seen in the photos) but now he says it fits well. Nice.

not sure on the concept either. for the short time i've owned one, the only time i put the top on was to keep the sun off me.

 

I am personally very interested in it, mainly for the extra inch or two that you gain with the top on.
Regrettably the seller will not ship outside US.

looks like the plastic distorts over time, with those big gaps its gotta leak like a sieve in the corners along with wind noise
