Whatsup F'chat, searched the site but didn't find the steps for removing the fan. Your help with a couple of questions will be much appreciated:

    1. Can I remove the radiator fan without removing the bumper?
    2. Does the wheel need to come off or can I turn it to create enough room to get access?

    Thanks for your help.

You certainly have to remove the wheel and the grid to get to the fan, why would you take the bumper off as the fan is on the other side, besides which the bumper is a real pain to put back on.

I changed mine 2 years ago and could not get the fan to come out without removing the front bumper. Just not enough clearance

" ... Thats not good news, given how hard it is to get the bumper back on...."

    It's not hard.
First, tell the wife to go to the Mall.
Take several thick blankets and place on the floor below the bumper.
Be ready to tape the shims in place to get the same spacing
Just don't forget to do the laundry when you're done :)

I made some tubes to go into the holes in the frame, they stick out like an extension so you can get the bolts started easily. Works well
