So does anyone else jot down what they do when lifting at the gym and/or at home? For just about a month now I've written down every set of weights I lifted including how much weight, how many reps, and the actual lift itself (alternate dumbell lifts, concentration curls, etc.). I've found that since doing that I have become tons more motivated as I am slowly started to see the results on paper. Not only that but I know how many reps I have to do to "beat" the last workout I did. Also I think more importantly keeping track of what I eat has helped me even more then keeping track of my lifting because I see how crappy I can eat at times. Now I am eating as healthy as possible. Just figured I would ask and share what I do and hopefully it will help someone else!
I don't. But I do see a lot of people do it and have thought about doing it. I think it's a good idea so you can remember what excercises you've done in the past, what worked the best, etc.
