    Texas of course!
Is it best to do it on each side on the frame, or can I just get it with a low profile jack from the rear safely just to left the back for wheel/brake changes as well as adjusting the ride height?

Thats how I jack mine up from the rear using a trolley jack. Then place chassis stands under both sides of the car. Always use stands under the car. Even if you dont get under the car. You can never trust the seals in the trolley jack. :)

Guys, can you post pics of the optimum jacking points for the rear end. I jacked my 348 at the recommended point on the drivers side rear and creased my wheel arch as well as damaging the air vent in the forward wheel arch. No probs jacking up the front end. I used a trolley jack. Look forward to your pics/advice.

Lifted the car with two jack stands on once side on the frame under the door to access something, and know how to do it with 4 like in those pictures, just wondering what is the best/fastest way to only lift the rear, is that cross member a safe place? I'm thinking maybe not. Just want to get under the back to make some quick adjustments in my driveway before my next drive. As such, wondering if there is anywhere the jack can lift both side of the rear at the same time?

I wouldn't do it. Corners are fine, 1 at a time then adding a jack stand, but jacking up the middle of that crossbeam seams unwise offhand.

Thanks, but what about just wanting to jack up the rear end to clean under the wheel arch for example, without using jack stands (I know there will be safety concerns).

I retreived that one from an old thread I did called 'Saturday 348 update'. Use those as your search terms. Also, note that driving the car over a flat 2x6 will help give you enough clearance to get the jack under the rear of tha car.

Looks like I'll just do one corner at a time like I would do for the font, or if tilting the car to access the left or right side. Driving on some blocks does help a good deal.

I know what you mean about the radiator area, almost learned that the hard way, if you don't look careful, looks like part of the frame that runs under the doors. On a C5 vette I would just get the rear up from rear cross member, but it’s a much beefier piece on that car, change out the wheels, and then drop her back down.

Like I said previously guys, I started to stress the wheel arch and also stressed the air vent in the wheel arch. It sounds like I'm lucky I didn't puncture through to the radiator. That's why I've asked for more pics to be posted. The 348 manual doesn't show the correct jacking points as far as I can ascertain.

True that the manual does not point them out. I found a decent jack point by looking at the manual for the picture of the main frame and finding a point on it to jack up.
