2017 488 with 6700 miles. Not raced or tracked. I recently had titanium catless downpipes, full titanium exhaust and Eurocharge tune done. Picked up the car yesterday and as my son was driving in front me, I noticed light puffs of blue smoke from both tail pipes as he would let off the throttle, mainly at slower speeds. Doesn't happen at idle or acceleration, only under vacuum. My initial thought is the oil breather/vapour system but I am not well versed in that system on this car. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start?

I had the same issue when I replaced the exhaust system on a V Car. It could just be machining lubricants burning off the exhaust system. I'd give it a nice long drive to determine if the problem resolves itself.

Check the oil level and make sure it's not over filled.

Sometimes when you increase exhaust flow it can result in slightly higher vacuum levels; so you may need to add a little restriction on the fresh air breather side to balance things out. However, Ferrari uses a dry sump oil system, which is usually pretty effective.

I would start by checking you oil level.

Over-filling can sometimes cause this, but I would be more concerned with the turbos. The 488 turbos are well known for not liking higher than stock boost, and it could be a case of oil getting into the engine via the compressor or turbine shaft seals.
But obviously when you remove the cats, you will obviously get more smoke and smell. Reality is that with a tune anything is possible and those turbos were not designed for the higher boost.

Yeah, oil seals and turbos.. never a dull moment.

I'm actually investigating (for a non-Ferrari turbo motor I'm building) using a turbo with a sealed center housing that uses grease as opposed to oil. It will either save a lot of headaches or introduce a whole new set...
