Does anybody have any thoughts about who makes a decent lightweight racing suit? I already have a "Michelin Man" suit that meets FIA standards, but it makes me sweat like a pig. (Why do we say this? Has anyone ever seen a pig sweat? Sorry, I digress.) What I'm looking for is a lightweight suit that looks like it meets FIA standards so that nobody starts asking hard questions <wink>. But I'm not interested in making an OMP $1,000+ fashion statement.

Lightweight cost $$. My OMP 2 layer can be used as a snow suit for skiing.

    Texas!
Thanks for the link. I was gonna email you this question, but thought we could share all this with the great unwashed, which in the case of racing suits is just about everybody.

Not to over think this, which I always do, but how does the X Light compare with this one:

    SPARCO CHALLENGE NOMEX DRIVING SUIT
    $599.00

After all, $400 bucks is $400 bucks!

A cool shirt might also work. I think they are about $500.
