    You might consider coming to Lime Rock on Monday & join the Italian Car Corral. This is an annual feature courtesy of the regional chapter of FLU (Fiat-Lancia Unlimited). The corral is for all Italian cars &, if you wish, will enable you to participate in some parade laps on the track during the lunch break. So, all you Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa, Fiat, Lancia, Lamborghini, Abarth, Pantera, etc. owners - bring them out on Monday.

    I am going on Monday and the italian car coral, reduced entry , special parking and even a goody bag to boot, FLU does a great job with this one.

    do we need to pre-register for the car coral? I was in that last year but don't remember if I had pre-registered...

    Space permitting, you can park there but only those who purchased tickets through FLU will get the Goody Bags. Of course, the spaces wil go first to those who pre-purchased their tickets.

    I'm in the black #91 Tiga SC in Group 7. My friend David Porter (white #161 Swift) and I are having fun 100-300 hp down from the rest of the field (our restrcted motors for our class, Sports 2000) but still qualifying in the :53's!

    My hero Nick Soprano is in the SWB. He was running fifth doing 1:06's and spun in the left hander late in the race yesterday, but nobody hit him.

    That happened just about where I was sitting. The grass was real soupy and it seemed that he has heading for that quagmire further ahead, but he got it under control. It was a fantastic day for us spectators.
