    Her mugshot is a lot better than most actually. One time I asked if I could smile, the cop said no and I kept doing it and giggling, he eventually started laughing and I ended up smirking in my picture. HAHA!!! Seriously though, the lighting and background make your face look like that of a crackhead's (in her case she is) but they also take your hair accessories.. you can't possibly look decent. Also, in some cases people have been drinking, crying, etc. No primping for mugshots, buddy!
