None. I like her how she is...... but I am thinking of extended CF paddle shifters.

 

I'm not sure how, but the paddle shifters seem to scuff very easily in these cars. Not a bad idea to replace with CF, given the exorbitant price of the OEM replacements. I'm making that decision myself, currently.

On my 16M, Ferrari made her perfect with one exception... the silly little paddle shifters that came from the factory. So I upgraded to much longer Carbonio Carbon Fiber paddles and I'm much happier now.

 

I think the OP is welcoming AFTERMARKET MODS in this thread as well. Not just genuine upgrades or safe mods or else this will be no different to the other "upgrade" threads in this community.

To the OP, maybe include aftermarket mods in the title or description?

 

Minimal, as I have been slowly returning it to stock after buying with mods...

Modifications currently on car:
Gruppe M ehxaust with Hammann tips
LC Hi flow cats
Interior modified with black carpet (ex-bordeaux)
Silver centercaps

Ball polished 19" Challenge Wheels
CF Sill plates
aftermarket stereo system

 

I've done a lot to my car. I've removed 116kg of weight so far. I have converted to Superfast 2 F1, and next La Ferrari brakes.

I like star / 5 spoke wheels. You can never go wrong with them. Easy to clean and looks tasteful as well.

Hmmm. Maybe I'll try that on my 16M. How easy is the swap over?

 

When I bought her, I think the only 'mod' done to her, was that she was lowered. It does have the CF seats and 4-point seatbelts that give it a bit of a modded look, I guess. I ended up adding tire air vent caps with the prancing horse to all 4 wheels, and a Challenge grill in the rear. Nothing else so far...

 

Things have certainly changed on here. When I first joined and talked about doing mods to my car, it was not meet with any approving responses.

 

It was pretty easy. It's been a couple of years since I did mine, but if memory serves:

- The size of the allen wrench (metric of course) in the instructions was wrong... so have a full set on-hand. They may have fixed this by now.
- There are a number of allen screws you have to find and remove around the steering column before trying to swap out the paddles. I don't remember how many there were, but you need to pull them all or you'll be fighting the housing.

It's SO much nicer having the larger paddles. I don't know why the factory didn't put these on while the car was being built.
