There should be a rule to prevent anyone putting an aftermarket rear wing on a road going Ferrari
A subwoofer, part of an expensive install the last owner paid for (along with many of my mods, but not all). I hardly ever turn it on but I would consider myself a car/home stereo enthusiast (NOT a true audiophile, but I do like and appreciate high quality LOUD sound systems). All that said, I rarely use it as the engine is pretty overbearing with no cats and a "loud" tubi. I pretty much need a really powerful stereo if I even want to consider listening to music with that setup. Fortunately when I do, it is quite awesome. I'd say I've listened to it no more than 5% of the time. Since I don't track this car I could care less about the added weight and the quality is top-notch so as a guy who likes to mod his cars... I'm happy it was done since the factory system is $h!Tty.
Tubi, Fabspeed carbon fiber airboxes, Sony headunit (with LED display tuned to match OEM lighting). Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Great. Thanks. I'll look in to the spoiler details some more. I think it looks really well with the 360. I like Bad430Benz wing as well, the only thing holding me back is it's not made for the the 360. On the fence between the two.
Exactly why we need a true Modified section. But this thread will do for now until the admins hear our call.
Just woooow! Makes me want to remove the wrap on my car and bring it back to white. Tastefully modded indeed.
I really like that wing. I'm torned between this and Novitec. When I find a good deal for the engine bonnet / trunk and figure out how hard or easy to swap bonnets I will definitely ask you more questions regarding this 430 wing retrofit. Really compliments the curve of the 360, just the retrofit part is making me think if I can do it myself.
Nice stance. Regarding the Scudding Swiss, I heard there are some folks that had issues with Customs getting it through. I think they had to send it with a note "for show purposes only". Did you had any issues or delays receiving it?
All I can say is Dang! "DIY engine bay red LED strip with delay off timer". How did you do this? Do you have pics? Pics of the exterior would be cool as well.
Swapping bonnets is a 2 person / 15 minute job . Not sure if yours will have it but mine sure did.....there are paper thin shims that go between the bonnet and hinge , where they are bolted together . Since there are a couple of them , you need to make sure you know how many on are on either side of the hinge to know where they go back as to not screw up the original alignment . Creating the retrofit legs for the spoiler is the easiest part .
Not sure if the Novitec spoiler is still available and it's quite pricey. It looks even better on a Modena than a Spider
My manual 360 has: - OEM Challenge Stradale bumpers, side skirts, rear decklid and plexiglass, GT2 mirrors - F430 GT2 carbon door panels and carbon center console - Alcantara dash with Phil's machined dash vents - OMP 360 Challenge Seats - Moton suspension - F430 Challenge wheels with the center lock conversion - Brembo big brake kit on all four corners - Full carbon engine bay (air boxes, panels, etc.) - Fabspeed headers - Challenge ECUs - Prototype S-line 360 exhaust My F430 has : - Novitec suspension - OEM Scuderia wheels - OEM F430 Carbon sport seats - Fabspeed headers - S-Line exhaust with a prototype silencers
Nice duo there. I always like the Stradale aesthetics upgrade. On the 360, what size wheels are those? How low is Moton suspension setting? Thanks!
It's adjustable. The 360 is set to CS ride height and the F430 is set to Scud ride height and alignment. As I said, the 360 has OEM F430 Challenge wheels so they're the standard 19" for those.
Your dash vents are one of the few non-OEM parts on it, Phil. But it sure is a massive improvement over the Ferrari part!
I don’t have any good interior shots, only some random ones but here they are. You can see the carbon door cards from the LeMans race car are right at home. I got the idea from 360Trev. The only thing you can’t see here is that I took out the F430 carbon race seats and put them in my F430 and put the OMP Challenge seats in the 360 which work exactly right with the car.
