    Sorry, this may be a dead question but I keep getting different answers... Can anyone give me the build stages and exactly what is being done at each one?

    The stages we see IIRC are:

    0 - order not accepted
    10 - order accepted, can still be changed
    10red - order can no longer be changed
    20 in build
    70 - built
    80 - on water
    90 - arrived in US
    99 - at FNA cleared customs etc.

    70-90 takes about 4-5 weeks unless you air freight the car.
    90-99 takes about 1-2 weeks, although I'm sure its quicker if you fly the car!

    I've never seen any of the other statuses during build. I'm sure the factory has some but I've never got the updates.

    My 599 is currently in 10red. If they start to build it *soon* it'll be done before the 6 week factory closure from mid/late July though the end of August. If not it won't be done till September...

    Thanks soo much! My F430 is at stage 20 as of 4/30/07 I'm hoping to have it mid-July does that sound possible? I just want it before they close for summer break! Also I am planning a trip to the plant in late Sept,early Oct. anything I should know ahead of time?

    yellow calipers
    cuiou dashboard/steering wheel/roll bar
    black stiching throughout
    electric daytona seats
    rear parking sensore
    new hi-fi sound

    was told that it will be delivered july 28 ... keeping my fingers crossed

    what about yours

    F430 coupe
    Silverstone / two tone Power Daytona seats : Black bolsters and daytona stripes w/ Charcoal center area then the stitching will be the thicker heavier stitching in Silver! this will be carried throughout the car dash, every where but the steering wheel, the wheel will be the heavier stitching in Yellow! I spec'ed Carbon Fiber for both the upper and lower driver areas and the coolest is the stripe on the carbon fiber wheel will be Yellow! to match the stitching and the yellow tach!! I spec'ed the headliner to be Alcantera leather, Challenge rear Grill, shields yellow calipers, I-pod docking I think that is it!
    Yous sounds AWSOME! and I think are cars are being built together they most likely will ride over on the ship together!!! I believe mine is due around the same time yours is!! We will have to compare serial numbers when we have posesssion! In advance the yellow stripe in the carbon fiber on the steering wheel was stupidly expensive and a pain in the ass to get organized with Ferrari Keep me posted on your car's progress! M-

    4/30 stage 20 should be complete early May, on the water mid-May and in New Jersey by mid-June. My guess is you should be getting a call soon! Shouldn't be long now!

    It will be completed before the August break. Barring unforeseen events, mid-to late July delivery should be about right.
