Okay, in my quest to learn more about a car I eventually will own I bought "Original Ferrari V8" and "Ferrari" (by Lehbrink). I've read in various posts that some of the books out there contain erroneous information but they never say what it is!

Is there a list of books with the page and section that contains corrections here? If not, does someone want to start it so I can make a corrections page for my books?

    Thankum!

LOL! You just learn to take it all with a grain of salt....

With these hand built cars the mantra is "never say 'never'"..........

    one example:

according to the 'historians' information, my car may not exist. You can ever read, that VIN #34349 is the last carbed 308 GTB. My car is #34379, carbed, a 308 GTB, and is real.
In the beginning, when this knowledge about my car was fresh and confirmed by Ferrari, that there have been five more cars after #34349, I tried to correct this info without any result. Finally I gave up.
This is one single example for historic data, often written in books. Once written and spread,.... period.

    Best Regards from Germany

    Martin
