    It also says:

The estimated listprice for this car is aprox. $ 1,790,000.00 (excluding taxes) and the price listed in this auction is to be meant as a prepayment (25%) of the listprice. The remaining balance (75%) will have to be paid upon delivery.

    But still.....probably not legit :)

It's definatly a scam. Very cookie cutter. No VIN, also says that the car will be delivered to clients later this year..every FXX has already been delivered.

It says the car is due to be delivered Q2 2007, so it is not built yet. You are paying for the 25% deposit and premium for the spot for the auction price. (The starting bid, the buy it now price holds a few thousand premium)

If this is real and legit, it is a lot cheaper than the one in the US asking for $2.4m.

Its not who's selling the car, but who's buying it.

Whoever buys it out of "the family" will not have it serviced at a Ferrari Dealership unless there was authorization given by head office in Maranello.

Enzo's can be bought and sold like lollipops now, FXX can only be sold on consignment through the dealer, and Maranello will know all about it.

There are 3 FXX in Canada, all owners have owned 1-2 Enzos previously along with other Ferrari's.

When you buy an FXX you are taken to Maranello, Ferrari HQ to be fitted and tested in your car. This won't happen if you buy it used through the Auto Trader!!!

Most definitly is a scam. I thought it listed for about $1,875,000 so I don't think anyone would ever sell it for that much cheaper.
