    Greetings

Among my other obsessions I'm heavily into cars. I've always threatened my next house would be a parking garage with a shack next to it :D I do not yet have a PPL, but I am working on one.

I've come across a small house + a 60x60 hanger on a private airfield. It's a small airpark community, maybe 20 houses/hangers in the middle of nowhere. I dropped the real estate agent a line with some questions, but I realize that I don't really know what to ask.

What's involved in living in this type of community? What questions should I be asking, and what gotchas do I need to be looking for? HOA? Maintenance fees?

    Thanks

I lived at sandy creek Airpark for a while in Panama city, Fl - check on covenants for airfield repair, assesments and liability. Meet as many of our neighbors as possible.
