You can only post in Australia? Hilarious!!!

    Welcome back Kot...i mean Goober.

As far as prangs are concerned, I understeered/aquaplaned through a roundabout and full on whacked the kerb yesterday. I was driving slowly and cautiously at the time (was doing less than 30km/h... how ironic is THAT!).

No prangs, but my brothers car got broken into at Cottesloe beach - they stole 2 phones, wallet (cards, $200 cash), his jeans, shirt and belt. :(

They left his thongs for some reason.....

I suspect that it would be a good idea to have something less provocative.
Good to see you back though!

I think the car thought 'Yorick Hunt'! :D

As for the damage, one buckled rim, and one slightly bruised ego. However, there wasn't much I could do; one second the car was gripping and turning, the next second it wasn't! I might add that this did not happen in the XR8.

It's true what they say: oversteer scares the passenger; understeer scares the driver!

welcome back mate, are you sure you've got the time to spare between holidays to post on Fchat ?? :D

I thought about Lizard Island once, but the bank manager told me to .............!!! did you do any diving on the cod hole (that sounds rude but people who have been there know what I mean :))

I also thought about sex with the wife but she put an end to that line of thinking :D , oh well next xmas isn't far away to try again (I'm beginning to think I'm santa, only coming once a year :()

    oh and well down Stephens

+ tyre, ball joint, control arm, bushes, steering rack etc etc.

Allan had a huge shunt in the ute at tassie, due to an old ball joint injury not found during repairs from a small shunt....... Only takes a small knock from the wrong angle to crack a ball joint, which could come back later and be a HUGE shunt.

that has not been sorted out yet, however given that i'm between a public lynching in Singapore and on detention in Baxter i will not push the pro rata point, but you are quite right Peter.

Given that StephenS did what that lawyer did for Michelle Leslie i am now thankful and the official report will be in New Idea after my people sort out the financials with their people.

Welcome back goober. Obviously in stephens eyes you look like Michelle Leslie. Maybe not!!!

Only news here was my parents car getting stolen last week. So much for their dream trip around Oz.

the marine stingers are in season so you should wear full wetsuit and gloves, I always worried about stone fish as you can never see the critters and their spines will punch right through boots and flippers !!

I'll have to bring my scuba gear down to SA for a dive, last did it in 85 when I went down for the GP. Your local boys were jumping over the side with spear guns and bags !!! Illegal in the rest of Oz on scuba...

Are they still feeding scuba divers to the sharks in SA ?? :D

they probably didn't report the death for the same reason Disneyland doesn't mention the kids that go missing (allegedly), you know the old saying "money talks and .......... walks"

    Ciao
