There's three types of men... liars and wankers, and those that are both. The least common is the liar.
that means you are a short bastard that can run fast I only played fullback or outside centre and refused to tackle anyone, that was the forwards job.

At the risk of plagiarising...giddy up! Hey, we all make mistakes (except for me that is) and I'm not PP's bro. I'd figured you out for a lock. Btw, which State and what year did you play? Or would that be telling?
WA, late 70's. I was a little thinner back then. Went to Scotch and played Union rather than aerial ping pong.
I played in Sydney and Mt Isa then saw the light and went back to soccer (now known as football). That was very early 70's. Played my last game of soccer 2 years ago. Had to before getting carted off on a stretcher and put in a pensioners' respite.
Steve, I played for Brothers in the Isa in 73 at fullback until I found out there was a team called the Keas, then I moved onto soccer with the Irish club and then played centre for Brothers in Ipswich before switching to breakaway for Ipswich rugby union club in between playing wing for the RAAF on a Wednesday afternoon to get out of cleaning aircraft Broke my thumb on those thick-headed army guys and then played 3 games with it broken before I went to the raaf medicos and they said I had broken the scaffoid bone and surely it was obvious from the pain it was broken !!! they forgot the old adage "no brain no pain" rugby in any form is just legalised mayhem and thuggery I got a lot of red cards in soccer played aussie rules at school - dumb game, you can't clobber anyone
Played for Townies .... the gun team in the Isa those days. Although, must admit, Brothers were usually good competition. Trouble is though, they had too many leprecorns.
LOL, I don't know about Sydney, but in WA, no one played soccer back then, aside from the imported eurotrash.
