You are correct. It is made of fiberglass. Easy to replicate if You have a sample. Or a 3D printer and scanner and remake them from plastic.

BTW, that's what I ended up with under the hood. :)

I had to balance the looks between "old" and nice looking. A friend, who does professional restorations, says that an old car must look old to be truly appreciated. So my air pump is the one that balances the good looks. And yeah, I've made the air pump mount from scratch as it was missing on mine.

The thing between the fuel regulators and air filters is the fuel pressure gauge with 100 mm dial. Solid stuff, I decided to keep it there, just in case.

If anyone needs a parts reference for Brake Master Cylinder, it is 2229071 from Dodge D250.
The only difference is that this part does not have the low oil warning sensor. I am still looking for that part no.

I like the cold air intake, very smart, where does the air cleaner element sit.
Thanks for the parks I/D's always helps. I also replaced all the fuel pipes that link the tank, filters & pumps, when I checked mine they were an invitation for a fire!!!!

    EFI LM002 has got a Diablo block - L520i.
The carbed LM (L510 4V) had similar engine to Countach 25th anni (L507 4V).
The heads look close to each other, the rest is completely different. :)

I think you are right about the EFI having a early Diablo block, but the picture below is of a 93 Diabo, you will note that the lower chain tensioner is bottom right and the chain guides are a substantial casting that supports both sides of the chain. now if you search LM002 engine repair done by Evans Automotive there are detailed flickr pictures that show engine strip down and timing chain repairs, the lower chain tensioner is bottom left, and the chain guide is completely different and clearly not up to the job. why would they make two completely different timing chain systems unless the 93 is an up-grade

looking at the 93 Diablo timing chain and the position, it would indicate that the engine runs counter clockwise, if it were running clockwise, the chain would first pass over the tensioner!!!! that would never work, the tensioner is always last before going back to the crank. Another interesting point is if you look at the flickr pictures of the LM002 motor, you can see casting blanks where they would drill for the studs to mount the heavier Diablo chain guides, what were they thinking, design a block for guides that would not fail (LM 002 EFI chain tensioner/guides are a weak point), but not fit the later components, the answer to that might be that the motors ran in the opposite direction.
The attached drawing gives you the layout of the LO002 timing chain and position of the tensioners.

1991 1992 and some 1993 Diablos had single chain engines. Later on (i guess after summer break) they changed to double chain engine. So i think LM002 EFI engines and early Diablo (91-92) engines are the same.

    Not an LM

LM was single row uppers and tensioning was done by sprockets on a lever actuated by a hydraulic tensioner which was replaced by a manual tensioner as shown in Nicks post. Not by a pivoting chain guide. Nicks diagram shows the hydraulic tensioners still in use.
