was reading the thread and immediately thought it might be Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. He used to be, not sure if still is a semi-regular on Conan.

He did a couple vids at the Westminster Dog Show and got thrown out. He's pretty funny.

 

In about 1980-something I worked as a set decorator for one of the Star Wars films--the one with all the Ewoks--for a couple of months. Pretty interesting, really. I was a 'Fern Brother' and got to dig up and reposition ferns for the ILM crew.
More recently, when we were operating the BnB, I would politely inquire of guests what they were hoping to do in the area to see if I could assist with directions, help, etc.
Heard several times that guests were in the area to discover the site of the outdoor 'location'. They were making a 'pilgrimage'.
