    spread the news!!
    our local ferrai dealership in Hengelo, the Netherlands,
    Ferrari Munsterhuis, burned down this afternoon, the fire started at approx.13.45pm
    the whole building is a big mess, and he pillars collapsed,
    i am just back from the scene....
    and took some pictures of it.
    there also should be a new Enzo in the showroom....
    the showroom and then repair department went down...
    they also are dealer of Maserati

    on their occasionlist are about 24 ferrari's which includes
    a 365gtb, 2 f40's,512 bb,testarossa, mondial T,and 5 360's,
    don't know whatnew cars they had in stock, but normally they also have a lot of customercars in their garage...

    Very sad news, such a beautifull garage went down in a few moments !!!

    I saw it yesterday on the news from Belgium and the Netherlands, it's a disaster !! The owner from the garage spoke on the news, He was shocked !

    Hate to say this, but don't feel sorry for the dealer (I bought a car there once and this was a very bad experience).

    That's just AWFUL!!! A real shame for the older cars that are now lost forever, not to mention the jobs that also went up in smoke.

    BTW, can anyone can image what it's going to be like when the owner(s) of the dealership are going to file for their insurance claim. It's going to be interesting to see how they will list all the items lost (cars, equipment, memorabilia, art...) and the value placed on each item.
